Co-founded by an Enrolled Agent. Made for IRS problem cases.

Handle complex IRS cases without losing your evenings.

Jenna reads the transcript and drafts the letter for you to check. People's names, SSNs and bank account numbers are swapped out before anything reaches the AI.

The hard part

IRS work piles up when you are the whole firm.

You read the whole transcript before calling the client back, then write the same penalty relief letter from scratch. Pasting client details into a chatbot is out of the question.

Jenna is not here to replace you. It takes on the reading and drafting. The judgment calls stay with you, and so do your clients and fees.

How it works

Three steps. The last one is yours.

  1. Bring the document

Upload a transcript or bank statement, or type a few lines about the case.

  2. Jenna does the first pass

Jenna reads it and writes a first draft.

  3. You review and send

You check the draft and decide what goes to the IRS.

What you get

The work Jenna starts so you can finish it.

  • See where the account stands

Jenna calculates the balance and collection status from the transcript with fixed rules, and estimates the collection deadline.

  • Start the letter from a draft

Describe the situation and get a draft for the IRS or a state agency, such as a First-Time Abatement request. Real names go back in.

  • Walk in with a plan

Type a case summary and get a plan of action with dated phases and an owner for each task.

  • Make sense of bank statements

Jenna sorts transactions into categories, using only statements that add up to the printed ending balance.

Ask Jenna tax questions, too. Answers from the web list their links.

Your clients' privacy

Identifiers are swapped out before the AI sees the work.

On Jenna's own servers, people's names, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and other identifiers become placeholders. Real details come back in the answer you see. If the check cannot run, nothing is sent.

The security page lists what is swapped and where the scan can miss.

FAQ

Questions before you start

  • Is Jenna free?

Yes, during the private beta. No credit card needed.

  • Who is Jenna for?

Solo enrolled agents, CPAs and tax attorneys who handle IRS problem cases.

  • Does Jenna replace my tax prep software?

No. Your tax software prepares the return. Jenna helps with what comes after: IRS notices, transcripts, penalty relief and collections.

  • What does the AI see?

Your work, with identifiers as placeholders. Dollar amounts and dates stay, so the math works.

  • Do I still need my client's consent?

That decision is yours and your advisor's. The security page shows what Jenna sends and to whom.

  • What happens after I request access?

We read every request. If you're a fit, your invite code arrives by email.
